Social Enterprise NL is aanjager van de groeiende beweging van sociaal ondernemers in Nederland. Samen met ons netwerk van meer dan 450 sociale ondernemingen werken we iedere dag aan een betere wereld. O.a. Tony’s Chocolonely, Dopper, Seepje, Klabu, Makers Unite en Cycloon dragen bij aan innovatieve oplossingen voor maatschappelijke uitdagingen. Met het ledenprogramma stimuleren we sociale ondernemingen om nog meer impact te maken.
What exactly does the membership program do?
We helpen de aangesloten ondernemingen met professionalisering en groei, om meer impact te maken. Dat doen we door goed te luisteren naar de uitdagingen die spelen. We organiseren met en voor het netwerk masterclasses, meet-ups, events en kennisgroepen over verschillende thema’s. We faciliteren één-op-één support, beoordelen de aanmeldingen van ondernemers en doen nog veel meer dat we graag aan je toelichten.
Who are you?
First of all, we are curious about your story: what do you want to develop yourself in and what do you want to learn about social entrepreneurship? A few things do make working in this internship position easier:
> The membership program contains many fun and different activities, so it is helpful to be able to switch well between different tasks.
> You are someone who enjoys collaboration and you are a doer who turns ideas directly into action and knows how to bring them to life.
> You get energy from maintaining relationships and don't shy away from interesting conversations with entrepreneurs. Our communication is in Dutch.
> No one is always right, including us. Learning means reflecting, what went well and what didn't and how do we tackle it together next time?
What will you do?
> Maintain relationships with social entrepreneurs in the network and answer questions from members.
> Assist in organizing and facilitating master classes, meet-ups and internal events.
> Member recruitment: actively seeking great examples of social enterprises in the Netherlands.
> Together with your colleagues from the membership program, discuss incoming applications from potentially social enterprises and assess whether membership is appropriate, based on criteria.
> Kennismakingen met potentiële leden voorbereiden en bijwonen & helpen bij het ontwikkelen van een financieringstool.
> Especially take initiative if you see an opportunity or have an idea for something that can be taken up!
What do we offer you?
> A vibrant workplace in our MidWest office in Amsterdam, a social enterprise from our network. You can work partly from home and in the office (at the office including delicious lunch).

> Een stage die begint op 1 september 2025 (of aangepaste datum in overleg) van in principe 5 maanden en voor 4 of 5 dagen per week. Als je minder dan 5 maanden en/of 5 dagen per week wil/kan/moet stagelopen, laat dit ons dan weten. We kijken graag samen met jou naar wat er mogelijk is.
> An internship allowance of €400 per month for 5 days per week (40 hours). If you work less, the stipend is lower (32 hours per week means a stipend of €320).
