Meet: Max's Mints. This Mints on a Mission are the fun, tasty and above all well-made alternative to the old-fashioned peppermint. Specially created to help as many people as possible to FEEL FRESH & GO GREEN, at the same time. That's because Max's Mints are not only organic, but also 100% natural, free of gelatin (not the standard in peppermints) and are packaged by a social workshop in an eco-friendly package (infinitely recyclable tin and compostable bags). Max's Mints are available in 6 irresistible flavors; Menthol, Spearmint, Lemon, Ginger, Liquorice & Coffee!
You can find Max's Mints in huge numbers of super cool supermarkets, concept stores, (school) canteens and cafes such as Marqt, Ekoplaza and WHERE stores and we are also expanding internationally. The mint business is run from our office in Haarlem.
MAX'S is looking for a new marketing master! Are you that top intern?
You read it, Max's Mints is going like a rocket, but we want to go even faster. And we need your help! As Max's new marketing intern you and Co-Founder Floor will make sure that all (potential) Max's fans are informed about the existence and story of Max's Mints. So that as many consumers as possible won't be able to miss out on the Netherlands' newest and tastiest mint. You want to be there, right?
WHAT WILL BE YOUR DUTIES THEN?
You will be our marketing machine: the engine behind making Max's Mints known to the masses. This includes becoming co-responsible for all of Max's marketing. Think about:
> Conceive and execute guerrilla marketing actions
> Social media management: Tiktok, Reels, setting up collaborations with influencers, SEO optimization, you don't shy away from it.
> With your creative ideas we will develop and execute great marketing campaigns
> You support in the development and distribution of in-store marketing materials (posters/flyers/activations?)
> Any more cool ideas? Corporate film, Instagram stickers, sample promotions, the floor is yours! We're open to anything!
