Bakery raw material is a start-up, founded in 2018. Started in 2018 to process bread that was not sold at the end of the day. This bread came from the bakery of 1 of the shareholders. From a garage box in Didam, we are now located in the Nederlands Bakkerij Centrum in Wageningen and have a space of 600 m2. A minimum viable plant has been placed in this space, with which we process the return bread from Warme Bakker Koenen BV from Westervoort into a leaven. Warme Bakker Koenen BV processes this leaven into loaves, which Top Bakkers sells to contract caterers (clients of contract caterers expect circular products, laid down in tender rules, for example).
Our core competence is the development / implementation of concepts with added value from residual flows and ensuring that the baker can valorize the offered return flows as high as possible. Preferably in the form of human food and if nothing else via farm animals in the form of, for example, eggs.
