About the Role
As a Podcast Manager Intern at Ascended Lightworkers, you will take ownership of our podcast — currently streaming on YouTube and Spotify — and help shape its future. Working closely with the founder, you will design and execute a growth strategy to elevate the podcast’s reach, format, and impact. From planning and recording to editing and promotion, you’ll be involved in every stage of the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a 360° growth strategy to take the podcast to the next level.
- Manage the podcast release calendar and recording schedule.
- Research, brainstorm, and prepare themes, topics, and interview questions for each episode.
- Attend and assist in podcast recordings.
- Edit audio and video episodes for clarity, quality, and engagement.
- Optimize covers, titles, and descriptions for maximum visibility and impact.
- Upload and schedule episodes across platforms.
- Create short-form video and audio clips for social media promotion.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for each episode.
- Set up and maintain tracking systems to monitor visits and revenue generated from each episode.

Target Publishing Frequency: 1 episode per week
Your profile
- You are an HBO or WO Bachelor student in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or any relevant study program
- You are fluent in English
- You have experience with producing podcasts (highly preferred)
- You are eager to learn, take initiative and come up with your own ideas (must)
- You love executing and delivering tasks (must)
- You are interested in personal development, meditation, manifestation etc (bonus)

Practical Information
- The duration of the internship is 6 months
- You primarily work from our headquarters in de Pijp, Amsterdam, with the possibility to work also remotely up to twice per week
