Sales Support Intern

Internship Description

In our sales department we are active with the sales of our clean fuels, Bio-CNG, HVO 100, Hydrogen, Electric and Bio-LNG. Together with the team you work on strategic plans for selling these products to, for example, large transport companies or businesses. As a Sales Support intern you will have a varied range of tasks. You will support the account managers by carrying out market and environment analyses based on our database and assist in preparing quotations. You will also manage the sales mail and answer the sales phone. Telephone acquisition is also an important part of your tasks, as well as scanning and sharing market information with the team. Furthermore, you will support the creation of monthly sales reports and assist during commercial trade fairs and events. Finally, you register all your activities in our team system.

Assignments
In addition to your daily tasks, you will be given specific assignments, such as:

  • Doing market research or market analysis. 
  • Investigate whether it will be a mix of clean fuels or EV/H2.
  • Mapping which areas of the Netherlands have no congestion and which locations are available.
  • Analyze the process from fermentation to clean fuel at the pump, including investments, costs and final pump price.

The sales team in the Netherlands consists of a sales manager and four account managers for all of the Netherlands. Desired background or experience
MBO or college education related to sales.

  • You are communicatively strong and work in a structured manner.
  • You can work project-based and monitor deadlines.
  • You are assertive, independent and can maintain an overview.
  • Availability of at least 3 or 4 days per week.
