What does Social Enterprise NL do?
Social Enterprise NL is driving the growing movement of social entrepreneurs in the Netherlands. Together with more than 430 social enterprises, we are working on the social enterprise sector. Social entrepreneurs seek innovative solutions to social challenges. Consider, for example, companies like Tony's Chocolonely, Dopper, Happy Tosti, Seepje and Cyclone.
All applications are treated equally. We believe that an organization that sees value in differences between people works best. Every person is unique, and we believe that everyone should have the space to be themselves. Social Enterprise NL is therefore working hard on the path to be an open and inclusive organization.
What will you do?
- Creating texts, images, videos or, for example, infographics for our newsletters, social media and website.
- Speaking to people and attending events and designing good content for them.
- Helping colleagues with design issues.
- Working according to and contributing to the Social Enterprise NL corporate identity
Who are you?
First of all, we are curious about your story: what do you want to develop in yourself? In addition we are curious about a few things we think are important if you come to work with us:
- With us, you don't work alone. Collaborate with others is therefore important. That means For example, working with someone to decide what to put in that one post on LinkedIn.
- You are Able to work out your ideas. This can be done, for example, by outlining or create, for example, for that new campaign we're working on.
- No one is always right, including us. At the same time, that means there are always something to learn. That's good news, but it requires that you can reflect: What went well, what didn't and how do we tackle it together next time?
What do we offer you?
- An internship starting in August or September 2023 of basically five months, for four or five days a week. If you have other ideas about this, please let us know. We are happy to look at what is possible with you.
- An internship stipend of 400 euros per month for 5 days per week (40 hours). Do you work less, then the allowance is lower (32 hours per week means an allowance of 320 Euros).
- A workplace in our MidWest office, a social enterprise in our network. The Most of us work in the office and also at home. The advantage is that you get tasty lunch have when you're in the office.
- A place where you get great guidance and work on your personal development In a friendly and driven team. You will be supervised by an employee of the respective team and establish learning objectives together that you discuss and evaluate periodically.
