For our Amersfoort office we are looking for an Intern in the HR Shared Service Centre (HR SSC) department. Our department is the first point of contact for employees in Northern Europe. They approach us with questions from travel expenses to legislation and regulations. We are also the point of contact for payroll, managers, HR Business Partners and the recruitment team. In addition, we guide everyone through the HRIS system as needed. The team consists of several HR Shared Services Partners. In Amersfoort your colleagues are on location, furthermore the Shared Service Partners are located in England, Poland, Norway and Germany among others. The daily management is done by the HR Shared Services Team Lead. He will also supervise you during your internship.

The goal is to fully participate in the team by the end of your internship. To get there, you will start with support and administrative tasks to learn the process well. You will also contribute to various projects.

Who are you?

You want to gain experience in an international organization in the service area of HR. In this role it is important that you can organize your work well and prioritize. You are also in contact with many different departments (stakeholders). You do this appropriately and also enjoy doing so. And:

• Are you a 3rd or 4th year Human Recourse Management student.

• Speak and write English well.

Obviously a fun learning place to achieve your internship assignment. The internship is for the duration of 10 months and starts August/September. You will also receive a:

• Internship compensation depending on educational level.

• Travel reimbursement is negotiable.

• Office workplace. We expect you 2 days a week in Amersfoort.
