Job Description
As an intern, you are the first point of contact for our guests and members. Through your hospitality and help they lack nothing. Your job is to make visiting our locations so pleasant that everyone wants to come back and become a walking business card for the Factory. Besides welcoming our guests and members, you make sure that events and meetings run as agreed with the guest. Together with colleagues, you support the mission to accelerate the movement towards social entrepreneurship.

Social Impact Factory has been a B Corporation since March 2022. Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a unique, original guest experience
- Welcoming guests and escorting them to the rooms
- Point of contact for guests during the meeting
- Banqueting duties such as refilling and cleaning coffee machines, preparing and cleaning up lunches and drinks etc.
- Unloading and loading dishwashers
- Assist in preparing rooms for the next day as needed
Profile:
- Service-oriented and hospitable
- Stress resistant and independent
- Be able to work accurately and securely
- Command of the Dutch language
- Affinity for social entrepreneurship is a plus
Offering:
This position offers the perfect opportunity to improve your skills in the hospitality sector and expand your network in the impact world. The working hours vary from 08:00 in the morning until 18:00 in the evening with occasional extension to 19:00 if there is a reservation.
