Marketing and communications intern

Anyway, for the thread with that internship vacancy. For the period starting at the end of August/September 2024 we are looking for an intern who wants to learn a lot, and wants to work with communication for a sustainable economy. At MVO Nederland you will work at the largest sustainable business network in Europe. There are 2,000 affiliated companies with whom we work on all kinds of projects and topics. From circular economy to biodiversity and inclusiveness. We inspire and activate them through roadmaps, events and webinars.

What will you do?

As an intern, you will be part of the communications and public affairs team that works every day to increase our brand awareness and authority - in the media and in The Hague. We also use our expertise to get more companies to participate in our projects and events. Everything to achieve a sustainable economy as quickly as possible. You work together with experts in PR, content, public affairs, marketing and strategic communication. And so unknowingly learn all kinds of things about the profession. Maybe you will find out here which part you like best for your future career.

Very nice all around, but what specifically will you be doing during your internship? We've listed some examples for you:  

• You create and send out targeted, beautifully formatted emails and social media posts; 

• you structure, organize and invent; 

• you make coffee, print and get groceries (just kidding); 

• most importantly, you help your colleagues better communicate the cool things CSR NL does.

Who are you?

As an intern, you are above all a valuable addition to our team. Without letting you swim, you will soon have your own work and responsibilities. You are good at communicating and write well. You like to get to work and are not afraid to come up with ideas. In short: a doer with guts who wants to make the world a little better. But also just fun to work with. We know that a diverse team brings out the best in each other. We like it when you can contribute to that.

Important: You are looking for an internship of at least 32 hours per week, starting in late August/September 2024.

You will receive an internship allowance of gross 400 euros based on 40 hours. If you do not have a (good) laptop, you can get one on loan. If you do not have a student public transport pass, we will reimburse your travel expenses on the basis of second class public transport.
