We are...
... the cooperative Learning for Tomorrow, a group of cooperating organizations with a common goal. As a network, we are committed to learning for sustainable development: inside and outside the education system and from toddler to professional. All members have their own activities and work. We also join forces by working together on projects and connecting initiatives. The cooperative has an editorial team that writes blogs about what is going on in education in the field of sustainable development and keeps an agenda of future activities. We collect success stories from the field to highlight the frontrunners and inspire other teachers and board members to get started with sustainability as well!

You do not need to study for this internship, but should you wish to do this internship as part of your studies, we will of course take into account the requirements of your studies. We are an inclusive organization and naturally encourage anyone with appropriate interest and experience to apply.
What will you do?
One of the editors' main tasks is to professionalize our social media and ensure a strong online presence of the cooperative. You are responsible for the social media of Learning for Tomorrow and ensure a good visual and substantive representation of the projects and members of the cooperative both on social media but also for example on the new website (which is currently being built). Depending on your interests, personal development goals and background we can make a
focus choose from the objectives below:
- We want to focus more on more variety of content on social media. We want greater reach and visibility so that our blogs and activities get more attention. Think about using #, tagging, seeking interaction, targeted following.
- Next time, we want to focus more on images. We want to put a face to who we work for (students, teachers) and who we work with (project partners). You can focus on creating images for the website and online.
- Another goal is to get more publications. For example, with press releases. For this we need to make a plan; what is interesting for journals or others to publish? For this it is an advantage that you make contact easily and don't let yourself get out of the way.
- You can also, for example, help organize events or maintain warm contact with our members.
Anything else?
You will be part of a team of 11 colleagues, with flexible hours and Thursday as a regular working day (when possible in the office). A large part of your work will take place online, on Thursdays we always work at our office in Utrecht. And you can come and work 4 days a week or more (more or less hours are possible in consultation).
Start date by mutual agreement.
