STAGIAIR(E) MARKETING & COMMUNICATIE (HBO)

8 – 40 uur per week

What will you do?

Je stage is divers, je wisselt het begeleiden van klassen en het coachen van docenten af met de inzet van je expertise in de organisatie.

Duties as a project supervisor

• Begeleiden van middelbare scholieren tijdens interactieve burgerschapsprojecten 
• Sharing knowledge with young people on issues such as climate change, unfair trade and human rights
• Samenwerken met mede-stagiaires en docenten tijdens het begeleiden van burgerschapsprojecten
• Visiting schools throughout the country 

Taak als coach

• Inhoudelijk ondersteunen en coachen van docenten die tijdens burgerschapsprojecten zelf hun klas begeleiden 

Voorbeelden van taken naast het begeleiden van projecten vanaf 24 uur per week 

• Assist or coordinate educational projects and lead a team
• Direct fellow interns and teachers during the implementation of educational projects
• Provide coaching leadership to fellow interns on the communications team 
• Analyseren van het marketing & communicatiebeleid van Cross Your Borders en aanbevelingen doen 
• Develop and execute online and offline campaigns that contribute to our goal 
• Produce and distribute content on social media channels, such as Instagram and LinkedIn
• Meewerken aan de werving van studenten voor een stage bij Cross Your Borders
• Possibly combine your internship with a (thesis) research project

What we ask

• Je bent een HBO-student Marketing & Communicatie
• You are available for a minimum of 3 months for 16 hours per week or more, or a minimum of 6 months for 8 hours per week 
• You are in possession of a student week-OV card
• You are sociable, energetic and enjoy making young people aware of global injustice
