awareness among young people. We do this with our interactive citizenship projects in schools throughout the Netherlands as well as our world school trips. Create impact and join us as:

INTERN EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT 

24 - 40 hours per week

What will you do?

Your internship will be diverse, alternating between supervising classes and using your scientific expertise in the organization.

Duties as a project supervisor

• Supervising classes during interactive citizenship projects
• Sharing knowledge with young people on issues such as climate change, unfair trade and human rights
• Working with scholars and students of a variety of ages and levels
• Visiting schools throughout the country
• Collaborate with fellow interns and teachers during the implementation of educational projects

Duties as an education & development specialist

• Analyze existing educational projects and develop content, form and didactics based on the latest scientific theories and insights
• Develop new innovation game assignments to be used within educational projects (serious gaming)
• Incorporate current developmental issues and current events into the innovative game assignments
• Possibly combine your internship with a (thesis) research project

What we ask

• You are an HBO/WO student
• You are available for a minimum of 3 months for 24 hours per week or more
• You are in possession of a student week-OV card
• You are sociable, energetic and enjoy making young people aware of global injustice
