With an internship or graduate project at Sustainable Talent you will work in our large network of sustainable organizations. You will be part of a small, but dynamic team and work on a variety of topics related to sustainability and human capital. You will gain valuable knowledge and experience in an increasingly important field.
What do you do as an intern at Sustainable Talent?
We are looking for an intern to support us in our work, such as further developing our training and coaching materials and in our matchmaking work, where you will learn all about HRM and sustainability.
Because we are a small company, we can tailor your tasks to your learning needs. At the beginning of your internship, we look together at what you would like to learn and make a plan.
Here are some examples of what you will be doing like this:
- Keeping sustainability knowledge up-to-date
- Updating and helping to develop training materials, both coaching exercises and overview of sustainable trends
- Providing input for newsletters
- Interviewing candidates for the benefit of recruitment
- Contributing to community management (offline and online) of Sustainable Talents
- Maintaining the CRM system and online academy
- Back office support with communications
- Helping to support training sessions
Examples of possible thesis assignments include: developing a Sustainable Talent Journey, improving outreach among young professionals, making an overview of transition phases in the (sustainable) labor market or researching the right work-life balance. Your own ideas are also always welcome.
The ideal candidate
- You have a demonstrable drive for sustainability (Planet and People)
- You have a background in HRM, business administration, organizational science or a sustainability related study
- Communication skills
- You are demonstrably results-oriented
- You are available for a period of 3-6 months for at least 32 hours per week, preferably you can work a minimum of two days per week and also conduct your (graduate) research
