Challenging research internship on nature connection, sustainability and entrepreneurship, near Utrecht!

Are you the research talent, eager to develop your research skills and yourself? Great, because that's what you'll be doing at Club Groeneveld! We are looking for an enthusiastic intern who wants to research (the inside of) sustainability at companies and organizations.  

Club Groenveld is a school. In a beautiful monastery near Utrecht, we teach entrepreneurs, directors, executives and professionals how to live and work meaningfully and especially how to remain human in a time that demands more and more from us.  

In all the programs we provide, nature is very important. We believe that we as humans are not separate from nature, but are intimately connected to it. We will just have to learn to (re)connect again if we want to contribute to a future of sustainability. Fortunately, we don't have to do that alone. In our programs we work together with experienced teachers, such as natural philosopher and Buddhist Matthijs Schouten.  

So are you looking for an internship where you can get to work in abundance with nature connection and the inside of sustainability? Then you have come to the right place. What will you do? 

• You will research (the inside of) sustainability in companies. What drives them in making their organization more sustainable? What do they run into? What does sustainability actually mean? But, especially share your own ideas about the research with us! We like that. 
• We appreciate the opportunity to bring your keen eye to a variety of topics within Club Groeneveld, from communications to program implementation. 
• You will become part of a team of enthusiastic and committed colleagues, and we like it if you work at our location as much as possible. 

Qualifications: 

• You are working on your university bachelor's or master's degree. 
• You are eager to learn, strong in communication and can work well independently.  
• Do you still get stuck? Then you don't throw in the towel; you sound the alarm and get back to work energetically with advice. 
• You are open to developing yourself and your view of the world.

• You will have the space to develop yourself through participation in our programs and coaching sessions. 
• We work in a natural rhythm and find it important to maintain a good balance between work and inspiration. Examples include the weekly group meditation and the two-week period of rest around Christmas and New Year's Eve. 
• Every day we provide a delicious, vegetarian lunch. 
• You will receive an internship stipend of 250 euros per month (based on 40 hours)
