Internship Description

We believe that difference makers better reach their target audience(s) with rock-solid branding and content. Are you that Marketing & Communications student who wants to put Multitude and progressive brands on the map even better?


  • Is pursuing an education in communications, marketing, media, journalism or a similar field 
  • Enjoys thinking along at concept, editorial and production levels for our own marketing and for clients 
  • Have a smooth pen and write all kinds of (social) content, and do so without spelling and style errors
  • Enjoys conceiving, creating, analyzing and posting content
  • likes to think about the interpretation of our own content calendar
  • Enjoys working on a concept or campaign for one of our clients 
  • Supports the production of various communication tools
  • Has an affinity for our mission
  • Are available from September 2023 for at least 3 months, 4 days a week

What will you do?
As a content intern at Multitude, you will be part of the strategy team and work closely with the content specialist and strategist. You will have a lot of responsibility in co-developing marketing communications strategies and their creative execution. You will help develop campaigns for ourselves, contribute to content production and write texts that difference makers love to read. You'll do this primarily for ourselves, but also for a client like COC, Fairphone, Amsterdam Museum, or Patagonia. You want, with us, to make Multitude the agency for difference-makers, and contribute to that with your knowledge.
