Ascended Lightworkers is a platform that empowers people in their journey of awakening, healing and transformation, by connecting them with trusted healers, coaches and holistic therapists, who offer a variety of holistic healing and spiritual services. We provide Lightworkers with the platform, marketing exposure and services, so they can grow their impact and reach more clients.

Our mission
At Ascended Lightworkers, we aim to bridge the gap between the corporate and tech world and spirituality, healing and living aligned with one’s most authentic expression of themselves. With our platform and technical solutions, we empower professional Lightworkers in spirituality and holistucc healing, to organise their business and grow their impact. With our marketing and communications, we make holistic healing and spirituality accessible to a wider audience, showing how it can provide real solutions and enable people to live their best lives.
About the Role
As a Community & Events Manager Intern at Ascended Lightworkers, you will help build, engage, and nurture our global community. Working alongside the founder, you will design and execute initiatives that strengthen member connections, create memorable experiences, and grow our active network of Lightworkers and clients. From online gatherings to in-person events, you’ll be at the heart of our community’s growth and vibrancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a community engagement strategy to foster meaningful connections among members.
- Create and manage the Events Calendar (online and in-person)
- Plan, organize and coordinate online and in-person events
- Collaborate with Lightworkers to create themed community activities and challenges.
- Collaborate with the Digital Team to promote events through social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Manage event logistics — invitations, RSVPs, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Collect and analyse feedback from community members to improve future events.
- Track community engagement metrics and report on results.
Performance Metrics
- Event attendance vs objective
- Lightworker engagement
- Lead generation (how many new contacts)
- Conversion to clients
- Feedback ratings from events
Your profile
- You are an HBO or WO Bachelor student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant study program
- You are fluent in English
- You are eager to learn, take initiative and come up with your own ideas (must)
- You love organising events and building communities (must)
- You are interested in personal development, meditation, manifestation etc (bonus)

Practical Information
- The duration of the internship is 6 months
- You primarily work from our headquarters in de Pijp, Amsterdam, with the possibility to work also remotely up to twice per week
- You should bring your own laptop
- Starting in September 2025
