We are looking for a social media & community management intern to help us grow our social media channels! Justdiggit is a fast growing non-profit organisation which restores degraded ecosystems in Africa by making dry lands green again with a positive impact on climate, nature, and people.
As our new social media intern and online community manager, you will be responsible for monitoring all social activities on various social media platforms with a focus on building engagement. Besides contributing to the implementation of various online marketing activities, you will help our Marketing & Communications team by brainstorming for social media, copywriting as well as designing posts, and more. Would you like to gain experience on other communication activities? Everything is negotiable! You will be given a lot of responsibility and an important role within Justdiggit. Are you ready to take our social media strategy to the next level?
For this internship it is important that you:
- Are a passionate and enthusiastic 3rd or 4th year student, who is looking for a challenge;
- Have affinity with the mission and vision of Justdiggit;
- Know your way around (online) communication tools;
- Have a good command of Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign;
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferably Dutch and English);
- Have a strong interest in various social media (and preferably proven experience);
- Can work accurately and have an eye for detail;
- Can work independently and show initiative;
- Are eager to learn and like a hands-on internship.
